I think it’s a good idea to keep putting them all on autopilot until you’re done. But if you have a friend who’s got a couple of things to do, that’s great! Keep doing them and see if they work. Otherwise you’ll have to get a lot of people to do them and get an idea of what they’re good at.

Our favorite is the one where you just watch as we sit there and do the work. It’s usually not that hard, but it does take some self-awareness to do. I think if we did that for a few hours a month we’d be good at it in spades.

You can do it because you have the ability to multitask, but you should always be mindful about the amount of time you spend on one task versus the other. When you are multitasking you are constantly using your brain to make the decision about which task to do next, so the less time you spend on each task, the better.

It’s important to be aware of what is happening in your body, but it’s also important to take time to just sit. When I first started doing my own research on geriatric massage I used to feel weird and out of it. Now I just feel like myself again and I have a great time. I don’t know about you, but I prefer to go into the flow of a thing and let everything just flow. It’s one of the best ways to relax.
