We all love the idea of eating well. There is something about fresh food that makes us feel better, energizes us and makes us feel good. And it’s true that it helps in so many ways. I know this to be true because I’ve worked with many people who have a food aversion.

It turns out that holistic nutrition is a great tool for combating our food aversions, but it’s not the only one. A good diet also includes a healthy balanced, varied diet. So if you’re not a big fan of eating whole foods, then at least consider eating a salad.

I like to think of it as a combination of the two. When we eat more balanced, varied, and seasonal foods, we feel better. This makes it easier for us to feel good. As a bonus, it’s also easy to have a positive attitude when we eat well.

If you eat well, you should have a positive attitude. This means you should be able to be happy with what you have. When you feel good, you are more likely to feel good. If you feel bad, you are less likely to feel bad. You might feel something but it’s okay because you’re on a diet anyway.
