I’m glad that I know about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I know that I don’t always get the positive feedback I so desperately want when I write about the things I do to be healthy. It is because I have a healthy outlook on life that I feel confident that I can live a long, happy life.

As a guy, I would say that I eat the best (for me) chicken, and I drink the best beer. I know this can be a double-edged sword. On one hand, I love that food is so delicious. On the other hand, I dont like drinking so much, and by the time I finish a bottle, I start to feel like I need to drink more to get drunk. I also tend to get pretty sick in the morning.
People are sick and tired of seeing their friends sick and tired and saying “I don’t care, I don’t care, I dont care.” One of the many things I love about being on a team, is that I can help one of my teammates feel better after a rough day. Being part of a team has helped me get better at feeling sick. This is due, in part, to the type of support you get from your teammates.
