I love pilates because it is the perfect workout for those of us who are tired of sitting in a chair every day. The workout is done on a mat and it is a true workout. The bar is not, I am a newbie and am a little intimidated. I think it will help.

It really is the perfect workout and there is no better way to get strong and trim. If you like Pilates bar workouts, you should definitely try Pilates bar workout.

The Pilates bar is awesome. It is a bar where you use your body weight and arms. You hold your wrists in the air, and by holding your wrists in the air with your hands, you are actually pulling your muscles to the bar. Unlike the barbell, you actually hold the bar. And because the bar is on your body, not on a bench or a chair, it is much easier to build strength. The bar is also awesome because it helps in your core.
