The best way to take care of your health is to go to the gym and do cardio. If you’re doing it right, it will make you feel good and make you sweat, which will keep you hydrated during the day. If you don’t do it right, you can end up with a headache, stomach cramps, and a general lack of energy. There is an easier way though, which is to drop the weight of your entire body.

That is true, to a point. But it’s much more than just a foot massage, it’s an exercise in self-awareness. The key to good foot massage is to be aware of how your movements feel when you’re in your most relaxed state. If you’re on autopilot, sometimes your movements don’t feel right and so you’re bound to get your foot massaged.
