Introspection is a good way to get yourself out of your funk and to be more aware of your negative behaviors in order to improve them.
This video is great for introspection, as the introspection that I see here is about being aware of your own actions and reactions. In general, introspection is a good thing because it helps us deal with our negative emotions so they don’t take over our lives. It also helps us appreciate the positive things in our lives.
